Hi, we’re Holli and Joel — the owners of White Willow Farms.
Our journey here has been shaped by two very different, but deeply complementary paths. Holli comes from a background in real estate, where she’s spent years helping families step into new seasons of life. Through that, she’s developed a deep appreciation for how meaningful a space can be — not just how it looks, but how it feels and the memories it holds.
Joel’s background in ministry has shaped the heart behind everything we do. He carries a deep belief in the value of people, marriage, and creating spaces where others feel welcomed, supported, and truly cared for.
Together, those experiences have formed the foundation of White Willow Farms. This isn’t just a venue to us — it’s a place built on faith, intentionality, and a genuine love for serving others. We believe marriage is sacred, and it’s an honor to create an environment where couples can step into that commitment surrounded by peace, beauty, and support.
Our goal is simple: that every couple who walks onto this property feels seen, valued, and cared for in a way that allows them to be fully present on one of the most important days of their lives.
Dale & Cindy
Cindy and Dale are truly the heartbeat of the experience here at White Willow Farms.
From the very first point of contact through the wedding day, Cindy is the one walking alongside each couple every step of the way. She manages the entire experience — communication, planning details, timelines, and everything in between — with a level of care that goes far beyond expectations. Her attention to detail and genuine investment in each couple is what allows everything to feel seamless, thoughtful, and personal. She doesn’t just help plan weddings — she carries them with intention, making sure every couple feels supported, understood, and completely at ease.
Dale brings a completely different, but equally important, role to the team. He is the one who thoughtfully cares for the entire property — from the grounds to every outdoor space. He takes great pride in making sure everything is well-kept, welcoming, and always looking its best. His dedication to the land and love for the outdoors is what creates the setting couples fall in love with the moment they arrive.
Together, Cindy and Dale create the kind of experience that makes White Willow Farms feel not just beautiful — but intentional, cared for, and full of heart.
